Job Description
The HR Manager (Recruitment) will work closely with the Director, Human Resources, to develop and implement effective recruitment practices, policies and procedures to support the growing recruitment needs. He/She will work closely with team members to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes and ensure the company hire qualified employees to meet the current and future needs of the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
Partners with all business units’ stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and manpower forecast, sharing best practices and provide advices when required
Plan and manage the efficient and effective deployment of the organization’s manpower resources to maximize productivity in pursuit of the organizational vision, mission, strategy and plans
Source for candidates through accessing a range of recruitment channels and select candidates with the right competencies, experience and culture fit through effective and cost-efficient screening & assessment process
Manage manpower cost and cost to hire within the approved manpower budget
Drafting of job descriptions and advertisements as and when required
Comply with the employment laws and regulations that would impact business and employees of the organization
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the HR Director
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
At least 8 to 10 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist handling end-to-end recruitment preferably in the manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge and experience with Singapore employment and labor laws
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
A team player with a positive collaborative attitude and a customer centric approach to service
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, reliable, friendly and trustworthy
Experience in screening and evaluating candidates and strong decision-making skills
Familiar with social media and other professional networks to attract more candidates
