Job Description:
The marketing manager will aggressively promote Sydrogen’s current and future products to generate new leads and brand awareness. He/She will also support the launch of new products into market, through understanding new market requirements, new applications in close partnership with business development and product development teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Sydrogen’s current and new business branding materials development, marketing collateral
Lead Sydogren’s brand development into new product and markets
Take ownership of one-to-many platforms for lead generation and promoting brand awareness. These include coordinating physical presence (exhibitions) and digital presence (digital marketing, social media)
Work closely with product development teams to launch new products to the market based on shared market feedback, trends and requirements
Manage Sydrogen’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process to enter new leads into the sales funnel and pass relevant leads to sales account managers
Ideate and execute fresh and creative marketing ideas in support of all other activities
Manage Sydrogen’s marketing related communication with external parties
Coordinate various marketing and brand promotion activities as needed
Job Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
At least 5 years of relevant experiences in marketing
Prior experience in hardware technical marketing, with experience in the energy/ gas/ power generation and/or automotive supplier industries preferred
Experienced in using the graphic tools, e.g. Canva, Photoshop, video creation software
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
Able to travel as and when required
Good command of English and Mandarin required (to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders)
