Job Description
Product design based on given requirement, ensuring design is done with proper stack up tolerances analysis and manufacturable.
Develop and own DFM (design for manufacturing) documentations and review process. Properly track, document and track all designs revisions and review outcome.
Support process and/or equipment jigs/fixtures/tools design
Actively collaborate with the team on yield and performance improvement (from product/process design perspective) and supporting customer design-in activities
Document the design rules from the processing technology.
Working closely with the functional team in concept design, brainstorming, engineering, and experiments discussion. Provide design support during ideation stage.
Job requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant disciplines
Have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in practical knowledge of stack up tolerancing, and GD&T
Proficiency in Solid works and/or AutoCAD (2D/3D, FEA simulation
Understanding in semiconductor, micro optics or optical sensors and processes is added advantages.
