Job Description Roles & Responsibilities
To work with customers on identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of coating products, equipment and services;
To identify current and future coating service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers;
To prepare cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with Engineers and other professional personnel;
To determine improvement by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of coating service applications in customer environment and engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services;
Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvement;
Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends;
To keep up with professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establish personal networks, and participating in professional societies;
To identify short-term and long-range issues that need to be addressed, recommending options and course of actions, and implementing directives; and
Able to contribute to team efforts by accomplishing required related results.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field
At least 3 to 5 years of sales experience
Experience and knowledge in PVD coatings is preferred
Good communication skills, must be self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
Able to travel internationally
